Eh, may seem weird but the offseason is my favorite part of the football year! Sucks that we bowed out first round but the offseason process is my silver lining.

I won't go as far as my favorite part but I do love it. Its the time of year they get to work on improving their personnel, which I find pretty exciting.

For me it's not how many days till the season starts, it's how many days till the draft!

I'm with you, GB. I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but I do love the offseason too. Owners meetings, trade talk, salary cap implications, combine, DRAFT... love it all.

I'm okay with a long off season this year. 2009 was different. The team had just won the Superbowl. Plus, I was in Iraq. I was so excited for the season to going again because I wanted the team to repeat. Plus, starting the season meant I was closer to coming home. I made it back to the states a day or two before the GB game at the end of the season. One of the few games I was able to watch. Home 3 days before Christmas.

Anyhow, because they had won the Superbowl, I wanted them to pick up right where they left off. Maybe because the playoffs aren't over its different. I still have to root hard against the Ravens and Cowboys, then against the Pats and Packers the next week. After that, I want Bell to take as much time as he needs to heal. So, I'm just going to let the off-season take its time, while I live my life and raise my kids. Doesn't look like I'm headed anywhere anytime soon, except out to the driveway to shovel :herewego!:
