How does Tyreek Hill not go to jail?

Tyreek is pulled over for speeding and reckless driving, gets in a fight with the police. Is forced to the ground by multiple police officers and handcuffed while laying faced down, while 3 officers keep him pinned to the ground.

No idea how someone is allowed to get up, get in his car and drive away without going downtown. It looks like it took 3 police officers to force Tyreek to the ground and put handcuffs on him.

 

That call most likely came from police headquarters. The country is trending back towards wealth and power being exempt from the law.

As it stands the only place I’ve seen that he fought with the police is from brice

 

Did you watch the video? I guess the correct term would be he was resisting arrest, as the 4 police officers took him down to the ground and then forcibly put handcuffs on him.

1 police officer pinned him down with a knee to the back, while 2 other officers forced his hands to the back, so they could handcuff him. Hard to imagine the Police letting a person drive away after that

He only thing I saw in the video was the officer asking him a couple times to roll down his window and it looked like he wasn't complying. Next view is him on the pavement face down. I'm assuming they pulled him out of the car. Doesn't look like a fight with the police

 

i think they were trying to get him to sit on the curb when the officer lunged at him

 

Before it was done in quiet, now they just openly say “he is above the law”.

 

When dealing with the law, it helps tremendously when you can afford a team of lawyers

I mean the video clearly shows an officer coming over and hitting him while he's not physically resisting in any observable way.

Which is why he's on administrative leave right now.

 

they yanked him out because he didn't operate the window as instructed and didn't get out of the car fast enough. they pushed him down because he was not sitting down on the curb fast enough (2:24 of video).

 

Just our police managing to de-escalate an situation like they always do.

 

There is a very large following on youtube that covers 1st amendment attacks and wrongful arrests on youtube. Be careful though the algorithm will drag you down the rabbit hole once you start watching them.

he has no respect for the police, if it was any other person ( non celeb) they would have been taken to jail

 

Wow that bodycam video show Hill doing nothing wrong besides "Rolling" the window backup. I definitely did not hear the police ask him to sit on the ground, before they removed him from the car and forced him face first on the ground.

Also, I didn't hear him talk back to the Police, or use the phrase... "Do you know who I am". Not sure if the Police were in the white truck that pulled alongside to block traffic.

 

Tyreek Hill has a long history of violence against women and kids. He was kicked out of Oklahoma State for punching his 8 month pregnant girlfriend in the stomach and choking her. In 2019 he broke his 3 year old son's arm and beat him with a belt. The boys mother told Hill that the toddler was terrified of him and she recorded Hill saying " You better be terrified of me too B****". So I couldn't care less if the cops in Miami would have drug him out of the car tased him and beat him with their batons.
