Saw these in the Burgh. Quite fitting for the state of a few on this message board. 20231208_154540.jpg

It’s a football game. Are you part owner, no or a coach, no or maybe your guy giving Tomlin advice and he just isn’t getting it. Calm down dude life is to short for that nonsense. You will have more issues in your life that will be more important than win or losing a football game.

I don't get as upset as I used to when I was younger, it affects your mood but venting on this board helps.

When Tomlin ran out of Cowher’s players i initially thought Tomlin was good but couldn’t get over the hump so I was pissed like you when he fell short. I now have the perspective that he is completely incompetent and I am surprised when they win therefore a loss is 100% expected sooo I don’t get pissed. The crappy part is at the rate the Steelers fire coaches I might only see 2 more in my lifetime if the next guy sucks I will just root for another team since I don’t have 7 billion to buy the team so I can fire these idiots myself. Sooooo for all the fans that say “Tomlin in staying and nothing will change” my response is I have a remote I will watch and root for a team that wants to win.

I'm going to be honest guys; these last 2 games did kind of break me with football for this week.

I didn't even log into my fantasy teams I was that disgusted. Thankfully the Patriots debacle didn't require me to get up at 0300 to watch, but the Cards one did.

I couldn't even listen to any football related podcasts. It's just so deflating to keep losing games with the team in position to take control of their season.

Not that the rest of my life has suffered, but as far as desiring to watch and follow the NFL, there was none this week.

I know it is only a game but stupidity drives me crazy ,so the only thing that helps ,after venting here some ,is to count my blessings .watch St.Judes adds or wounded vets and i realize no matter what Iam blessed and lucky. Do also pray and fast but not for the team but for my online Steeler family . The Steeler may never come back to glory but The Lord will come back in all His Glory.

I may be different than most in that it bothers me MORE as I get older. ,,,a horrible loss like that to the Patriots affects me negatively until the next game. I go over all the "what-ifs" in my head. At the time of the loss, I swear off the game.....but as the next game approaches I get sucked back in.
