Yeah, but the great one will soon face some pretty tough competition, 3 of their next 4 games are against the Falcons, Texans, and Patriots, 2 of those games, Falcons, Patriots are on the road, and they will be lucky if they win 1 of the 3...

Our offensive line is soft, plain and simple. Rarely do we end a game without at least one injury.

I get all the Skins games on TV here in Virginia and their O line has been injury riddled and lousy for years. We are definitely not the only ones.

If that's the case lobby to change that game from the home opener in Prime Time like the Ravens did! Home opener or Play-off game, there's no difference, you come out and show you have "some" stamina.

And Kugler was their On-line coach before ours. Most people loved the upgrade once he got here, but maybe our glee was distorted because of just how bad we were before him....

Talent evaluaters, grading and selecting OL has not been our cup of tea.
Now they did have a good one fall in their laps in DD, but if he wouldn't have been there,
they probably would have drafted another DUD. They have to really start looking at how they grade
OL. THE PRESENT SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING. IF I was Art II this would be a top priority.

exactly i don 't get all this tomlin idea to take people around that fail on another team , can we go out and sign one the best oline coach around ? since we have a big problem here

but the injuries continued after he left too OS. we had injuries before kuglar too.

trouble is , if their the best , they are already coaching somewhere. kugler doesn't teach these guys to get hurt. gilbert let his man push him back overtop of DD and johnson. the big 6-6 330 lb. tackle shouldn't let guys do that to him. thats why we have injuries.

i don't think gilbert had that good of season last year either but he was a rookie and it takes some learning, but this year he is just getting out quicked, out muscled and out worked. it wasen't just being a rookie i'm thinking now . it's just thats all the better he is. i may let adams stay at RT and move gilbert to RG. or to the bench for a game or two. he was supposed to be our rock at RT and even LT at one point. HA. i really don't like to pick on players but when it's a reoccuring problem something needs done. i said it about kemoeatu for years, before they saw the light here. the kid needs some motivating. pouncey had to motivate him last year. maybe he could break his foot off in his arse again this year.

LOL i just noticed that school. maybe thats why they play so bad. they thought we needed an o-line coach and kuglar said he could be their on-line coach and they went with it.

Other teams have OLINE issues too.

we had our backup center playing RG. we had our rookie LT playing RT. do people really think this was going to come off without a hitch? we have a different offense and blocking scheme. we have a guy on the outside that wasen't going to play in the game for the most part and in his first true game, in mile high stadium where the air is thin, at a position he hasen't played for a few years, with a guy next to him that is a backup center. why would we think this would go well? could the conditioning coach have stretched foster out more during camp so he didn't get a migraine of the eye? again could we even imagine that a guy that plays LT and is still learning the pro game, could struggle a little with everything going on that he's learning and gets his feet crossed up from time to time because everything is now opposite of what he's used to? i wouldn't mind seeing what he looks like this week if he would have practiced there next to foster.

Most of those sacks were coverage sacks, both defenses secondary play was top 5 last night, Rodgers only threw for 1 TD, he was sacked 3 times running out of the pocket, Cutler was so rattled he threw 4 picks into double and triple coverage and he threw for only 1 TD, maybe he will learn to keep his mouth shut, he gave them bulletin board material this week when he told reporters he felt sorry for their secondary trying to match up physically with his new look wide receiver corp led by Marshall, he didnt have anywhere to throw the ball, and instead of throwing it away or screening it to avoid the sacks he ate it for big losses. And having Mike Tice as an OC is really a joke....
