Good news for the competitive teams, but big deal for us "Toronto Maple Laugh" fans.

I just hope the fans come back. I have to sell most of my season tickets and don't really want to get stuck with them. People seem to be really fed up this time, I'm not convinced I'm going to be able to sell my tickets like I normally can.

Have ever since the Lemieux days. The guy is the greatest player to ever play the game. This is my newest addition to my man cave. The GF got it for me for Christmas.

    And yes, it's signed

That sure looks nice on the wall! I'd love to have that! I have a signed puck from him! When Lemieux retired, I had an opportunity to sit in a luxury box for a pens game. Lemieux came around to all the boxes that night and peeked his head in and thanked everyone for coming to support the team. I was star struck! Later on he came around and gave some of the younger fans, including me signed items, and I chose the puck. He was one of the nicest athletes I have ever met. My dad has the puck in a little glass box with an 8x10 picture of myself, my dad, and lemieux behind it.

 I agree with you on a player. Too bad the guy had health issues, would have held every record, even Gretzky says he would have broken all his records. The guy could do it all.

I've never been a hockey fan but Mario is the man for sure. In the south hockey is like the plague or something. LOL. But my buddy REALLY loves the Penguins. Gretzky was cool too though. There used to be a cartoon on Saturday mornings called "Saturday Morning All Stars" I think was the name of it. It had Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky, and I thiiiiiink Bo Jackson maybe??? But I thought "well Wayne Gretzky HAS to be cool to have his own cartoon." Ahhh the reasoning of a 10 year old.
