I hope so. It would strengthen the theory that the SB40 run was based on Cowher's pep talks of "Let's do it for Pimply Dan! Or Pimp Dylan, whatever his name was!"

 

Though if he's been lurking on the offical MB, it would more be more likely that he would just look confused, slightly lost, and wouldn't be able to speak?

If he were on the old board, he was probably denied when he tried to register and couldn't post.

 

I just checked and there is currently 554 registered members to this board. I would not be surprised if one or more of the 554 is a Steelers player in disguise. I know many are very active on twitter, why not here also. They could even be one of the members that hardly post anything, just so they can keep a low profile.

There are lots of players that look on the message boards. They all probably get a kick outta what we have to say. If there not looking their famlies are.

 

Yeah, people always act like it's so proposterous to think that they might be at least looking. Look at all the other ridiculous online stuff they have time for. And here's a place where they can go and see exactly what fans think about them and the team in great detail. It's got to be tempting. I would certainly check it out. I'm sure some of them don't even know or think about it (the older ones), some of them resist (the smart ones) and some of them can't resist or don't see a need to. I hope Kemo didn't read the little play I wrote about him.

 

I doubt that any Steelers are on this message board. Why just hear about something, when they live it?

 

Well - if they interview Mendenhall or Redman and one of them talks about "beating off defenders" - then we'll KNOW they read the boards.

If he is reading the board, I'd just like to tell him that my kids and I are still disappointed that he, Timmons and Ward cancelled their appearance at the Dayton Mall in Ohio a few weeks ago

Seriously though,,,someone from the Team or who has access to the Team reads the message boards......I got clowned last year for saying that College scouts regulary troll message boards looking for info on guys.......I know that it happened because a friend of mine who is in the NFL got enpugh Love from his message board a scout decided to ask the HS Team for some tapes.....

After the tapes they went after him hard and beat out at least 3 other schools and the Team won Back to Back to Back championships......Granted it was a smaller College Team ,,,but still they had no knowledge of the player until they heard the hipe and went digging........

This is exactly why I post things about the O the way I do......Someone who knows a player or a coach will read it......If they believe similar maybe they get someone to speak up and say hey why don't we do this or do that?????Please believe the RB'S on this Team feel like I do as they should.....

Last week we had them speak up and they came out and produced which opened up the game just like it was supposed to,this might catch the eye of Tomlin or the owners as the only way BA will committ to a running attack is if he is forced.....So as a HS coach I am doing all I can......LOL......
