    Hey guys new member thought I'd say hello.

    I'm from Ireland and been a fan since around 2003 I think, Tommy Maddox era. I only seen the Steelers live once in London but plan to visit Pittsburgh next year hopefully for a game in Heinz field.

    Do ye run a weekly guess the wins/losses competition during the season here? I was a member of a forum that ran one but it's shut down now a few years ago and it was good fun.

    And yes. We have several weekly competitions here as well as season long ones (Weekly pick'em also tallies up for the entire season - we also have a Survivor / Last Man Standing pool). Plus a weekly predict the score contest.

    Welcome from across the Pond. Closest I ever got to Ireland was growing up in Castle Shannon, a Pittsburgh coal mining suburb established by the Irish in the South Hills area famous for it's Emerald Green Fire Trucks - at least when I lived there in the 50's/60's (1900 not 1800).
