    thanks BFT
i look forward to Tom Petty too
get to see him this weekend
i'd rather see him on his own tour
i love the fact he goes out and supports his own tour (no sponsors) so if i'm close , i'm down.

of course he's doing the festivals too.

Have you seen McCartney before? How much Beatles stuff does he do? Also Warren Haynes is one of my favorite players in the world and when I was 13 my dad took me to my first Allman Brothers concert and I was on the front row and Warren Haynes actually got a roadie to bring him a t-shirt and signed it for me and walked right to the end of the stage and had Dickey Betts sign it as well and handed it right to me! It was AWESOME! I've met Dickey Betts on a separate occasion when I was 15 and I went absolutely crazy that I met Dickey Betts and he was super nice to me. Also when I was 15 I got backstage at a Skynyrd concert because I was absolutely obsessed with them and I waited 12 hours for the front row to a festival seating show and their tour manager walked by and I said "can I go backstage? I know EVERYTHING about the band I can play ALL of their songs!!!" and he said "sure I'll get you back there". All the "adults" sitting there were like "what about us???". Youth has its advantages. LOL. I met Rickey Medlocke, who was one of my biggest heroes at the time, and also Johnny Van Zant. Then the tour manager made sure we still got to be on the front row. That was so cool.
