Help with a defense

I know I shouldn't be asking for help already in week 1, but I have a dilemma. I have the 49ers and the seahawks defense in one of my leagues. Now I know the niners defense is stout, but their 1st week opponent is Green Bay, and well we all know about their high powered offense. The seahawks defense is projected to be a top 10 defense this season and their 1st opponent is arizona. Would you start the niners even though they are playing the packers? Or would you go with the seahawks against a lesser opponent in the cards?

 

Thanks Ray! Thats what I was kind of thinking but I know the 49ers D was a force to be reckoned with last year, and they led the fantasy leagues in scoring. Now this is a whole new season, and the seahawks aren't proven yet, and it is the 1st game of the year. Im leaning towards the seahawks though because of the Offense the Packers have, and the fact that the Cardinals just now named Skelton the starter for the opener. Cards don't seem to have much confidence in either Kolb or Skelton so hopefully this means lots of turnovers for the seahawks D!

 

The Cards suck. To me this is a no brainer. Start the Seahags.
