    Just did Warrior Dash in Ohio last weekend and signed up for Spartan in Va in August. Good times. I highly recommend them to anyone. Even those with limited fitness capacities. You can walk em. But its just like being a kid all over again. Plus they've all got food, beer, and music in a giant field party afterwards.

    Looks like fun. My wife's friends have done the Spartan Race, and they loved it.

    I'm sure you'll have a good time.

    In '98 I participated in the Mt. Marathon race in Seward AK. I didn't intend to...it just sort of happened. Even though I didn't finish, we had a lot of fun. This kind of reminded me of that (minus the American Gladiators).
