Oh, how I'm longing for the Rudolph days compared to what we have now

And if they had run it and not gotten into range you would have made a very similar post

Even mediocre play by Pickett would've won us the game, we can't even get that much out of him. I've been a mild defender of Pickett, but I'm starting to realize that the kid can't play

The offensive coaching staff has been underperforming consistently. It’s hard to believe that Pickett is as bad as he seems. When an undrafted rookie QB on the Giants can throw for 240 yards and 3 touchdowns in one game and Pickett can't even have just one game like this? it’s clear that coaching and scheme are the main issues at play here.

I think Ben would have fared better in this offense as a rookie, but it still would have been bad if Canada was his OC his first two seasons. You are absolutely right though, there is no comparison.

TBH its more in anger I say throw Trubisky in. Trubisky is a career back up at this point and Rudolph is just happy to still be in the NFL. You only make that decision if you are 100% on board with being done with Pickett for good. At this point, I am on board.

I don't think Pickett is "generally taking care of the ball" because he is good at it though. He "takes care of the ball" because he throws only check downs, quick outs, and back shoulder balls. All throws that have incredibly low interception chances. He doesn't throw to guys unless they are less than 5 yards downfield or "college open". That is why he doesn't throw picks. Pickett looks bad against bad defenses too. We ran for 172 yards on 25 rushes. We were running it fine.. There is no excuse to end the game with 106 yards passing. NONE. Either throw the ball down the field or get your @$$ off it.

I'd take a shot at seeing if we can put up some points and live with a mistake or two getting intercepted.

a new QB does not fix much in this disastrous offense. OLINE is a mess, DJ sucks

    Rudolph sucks too.

Sometimes guys fluke their way into big games. This is probably the case with Mr. Undrafted on the Giants. It is sad that Kenny cant even fluke his way into a big game and he's had 22 starts... His "fluke" is "4th Quarter Kenny", aka having his defense dominate the game so hard that he FINALLY gets in the endzone late in the game to win 16-13.

I'm not saying coaching has NOTHING to do with it, but so much of the blame is on Kenny.

No, I wouldn't have. Even if they got stuffed on 1st and 2nd down, and threw an incomplete pass on 3rd down, that would've at least made sense

I am not a fan of Rudolph at all. I think he’s a career back up. But at least he can throw the ball past a 3 yard dump off. Never thought I’d say this, but put Rudolph in. **** it.

but we all nothing will change. It will be more of the same rest of the way.

Pickett can't be evaluate until we get another coordinator in there, thus, a wasted season.

Rudolph was statistically similar to Pickett when he got his shot. He was just as poor and frustrating to watch as Pickett has been. They both suck.

Been saying this for years: Tomlin is the master of milking Rooney to the tune of $12Mil per year. Every year has an excuse, and the year after has the smallest amount of change to continue having excuses.

Tomlin won’t acknowledge there is a problem because he is the start of the problem. Give Mason a chance heck he can lose just like the other two.

This was a bad loss, and Pickett stunk, but they're not going to put Mason in there. Things could be worse, at least Tomlin has a good chance of going 9-8 to keep his incredible streak alive

You know what’s hilarious? People on here comparing KFP to Big Ben. This world has gone full blown retard to think KFP is comparable to Big Ben! Ben won a superbowl in his 2 season! Please dont say KFP wouldve done that with the players Ben had!
KFP is effing pathetic, at this point Im not sure how he is in the NFL!

I'm so jealous they have a QB who played well... even if it's just for one game. I wish we had one of those.

Yes, he can. You absolutely can evaluate him on the games he's played. I don't care what system he is, he can't do the simple things at an NFL level. Every game Kenny plays past week 17 of 2023 is wasted time.

With this pass pro Mason would be good for 5 attempts then the cart would be coming out.

Maybe not because you took valubable time off the clock and/or burned the browns timeouts. A mix was needed not all or none.
