Happy to eat some crow

Last week I was on here bad-mouthing Watt, and to a lesser extent Conner. All they both did was take over the game!

I seem to have that affect when I'm watching the game too, where whomever I bad-mouth makes a play almost immediately.

So, with that being said, I would like to announce that I think Artie Burns and Edmunds couldn't cover me!

 

Provided you never change your avatar Bleed, I don't think anyone around here cares who you might bad mouth from time to time. Carry on Sir!

 

Edmunds finally is getting his shot to play the position he was drafted for.

T.J. was never an issue to begin with. Perceptions were the issue here.

 

Artie is a bust. No question. Watt was MIA for 3 games. He made a total of 6 tackles in 3 games with no sacks, no nothing. Some legit assessments. good thing was the coaching helped this week and the players execution the game plan.

I'm really happy I was so wrong about this game, good team win. I also think Artie is a bust and I'm withholding judgement on Edmunds until next season but if he doesn't make a serious improvement by the end of the season I would be looking for a safety in next years draft.

 

Conner was great, but the Patriots are gonna win the Superbowl.

 

No love for chiefs?

 

Edmunds doesn't look to bad to me, he's super fast but lacks experience.

Too early, we'll see.

one thing that helped the defense today, it seemed that we didn't have Watt and Dupree dropping back in pass coverage as much this game, which I think is a good thing.

I can't complain about our draft picks. Our team always drafts late and we get whatever we can get our hands on without much trading like other teams.

Well I live in Texas, my whole family is a fan of them, and friends are fans of them. I get heckled by them, regardless of their 23 year stretch of no SB.

Steelers played them 3 times in the SB...

I guess it's different for everyone, some just don't care who wins if it's not the Steelers.

 

Really no need to fear the Cowpies, we sent them home with their tail between their legs when they had Supermen Staubach & Dorsett, doomsday d, really made people rethink being a part of America's team (lol). When they did beat us, NO was their MVP & the black & gold did not bow down to their 90s fantasy. They happen to be my most hated organization ever. Bengals are a close 2nd. Must be rough having to respect a Cowpie fan just to coexist, good luck. America's team lol, too funny.
