Sometimes an OC is only as good as his personnel. The running game was not good in Arizona: Haley's fault? Or just bad personnel?

I'm glad you pointed out 2010, because what Haley did there that season is nothing short of miraculous. They did not have the personnel the Steelers did and yet, look at what your stats show. Similar results? Are you effin' kidding me??? I don't say slight edge Arians; I say huge advantage Haley (although he's HC and Arians an OCs). Look at the personnel and tell me how the Chiefs offense didn't over overachieve and the Steelers offense (as usual) didn't underachieve.

alot depends on stregnth of schedule, injuries, and a host of other compairisons. 2008 they had a better receiving corp then we had here. the two divisions haley was in, were not strong at the time either. we will see. he has weapons here this year and a good O-line. better then what BA had. haley if he's that good should work wonders with this talent.
