Read this earlier. I'd put $ on it that Bryant is the #2 and Wheaton works out of the slot. Wheaton is more of a slot guy anyway IMO

Yup, Bryant has everything you look for in an "edge" WR. This would be our ideal WR package.

Yeah Bryant should absolutely be on the outside. As long as they stay healthy could be great.

I saw this this morning. I'm glad Bryant is working his way up the depth chart. I guess all those questions surrounding his work ethic are maybe being answered. I love the numbers he put up because they just scream "efficiency".

Bryant should be a starter next year if he makes any year 1 to year 2 progress. I hope he's working hard on his game this offseason. He has borderline Randy Moss-like raw talent. If he works diligently and puts it all together, yikes.

I think working with a guy like AB, it sets a great example. How could Bryant slack while watching AB work his butt off, I'd imagine it would inspire him to do the same.

I wouldn't put him in the same sentence as Moss, but he has talent. What he _may_ lack is the drive. Not saying he won't have enough drive to be a good, solid NFL WR, just that he won't go the extra mile to be great like Jerry Rice, or even, AB. But I totally agree he belongs on the outside and Wheaton in the slot.

I think with Brown he will have no choice but to put in the work. I agree his raw talent is off the charts. His size and speed combo is nasty. Ben and him will get a lot of time together this camp which they didn't get last year.

Haley also said he expected to get Dri more involved and said he had some packages for that.
He was envisioning something like 5-6 touches per game. I hope coach gets creative with his tools... We could have a crazy scary offense for the leagues D coordinators to lose some sleep over if it comes together.

At the end of last season, he was our
secind best receiver. By default, isn't he already #2?

A very nice #2 WR and this is where he should play most of the time . I like moving all 3 around from time to time making it harder to game plan against and harder to stop . All of our WR'S at this point and time can play all the spots that's a huge positive that I hope we use to our advantage.

I got Haley on the horn and I said Todd, we both know that Martavis is the #2 right?! He snickered and said H$$$ Yea!

    There you go.

The threat of Bryant and Brown on the outside...OHHHHHHH! It's good that Bryant has a few seasons before a raise. Could be the next best Steelers tandem. Swann/Stallworth...Brown/Bryant...Nice ring to it. Now don't crush me, i'm not comparing. But this Offense is going to be sick...

Been waiting for an "Amazing Steelers" offense, since the days of Terry, Lynn, John, Franco, and all...

Last year finally seemed like a sneak preview of the real deal...

Here`s to hoping they realize their potential... I think they will!!!:drinks::herewego!:

You know, I'm cool with that, I think he has a higher ceiling than Wheaton.

But honestly, when they go three wide I'd like to see AB in the slot. I think his skills and ball awareness could tear up interior defenses. And when they bring more help inside, go outside to Bryant and Wheaton.

Agreed. I've said all along that he reminds me of Brandon Marshall...coincidentally drafted in the same round of their drafts, one pick apart
