I know he sucks, I'm not the guy who signs the checks, like the check for 9.2 mil last season. If they were happy enough to give him that, and his production is up, sky's the limit.

Holton and Moncrief run a sub 4.5 forty, CB isn't a priority next year, if Hilton leaves Sutton takes his spot.

Actually Holton ran a 4.54. I can post the video if you'd like.

Yes, you're right about Moncrief. My mistake. Too bad he can't get off the bench because he's so terrible.

Other than QB, TE / WR... (and probably OLB / RT)...

Trainers and team doctor, hands down.

Let's see how the season goes along.

This year through five games he has 3 sacks.
Last year through five games he had 3 sacks. Ended with 5.5.
In 2017 through give games he had 2 sacks. Ended with 6.
His rookie year through 5 games he had 3 sacks. Ended up with 4.

Very interesting stats I was unaware about...

This season he has benefited from Tuitt's & Watt's uprise, as well as our DB improvement... but, all that apart, I've seen an improvement in Dupree.

He's projecting a career season, double digit sacks(although I thought he had 5 for some reason)and career high in tackles. He's been very durable for 3 seasons now.
I'm not 'lobbying' for him, the 9.2 mil for this season made no sense to me.

On offense, I think the biggest problem is we can’t work the middle of the field too well.

Vance isn’t the same player Heath was, and our wr’s are mainly go deep guys.

Way too early to be worrying about needs for next season.

They had to sign him. Their was no choice. With Ola coming off an injury and low and behold he needed a scope right out of the gate and Chick who they feel isn't starting material is now injured. No real Depth.

They were not in the market for a high dollar pass rusher and badly needed to upgrade the ILB position which they did in the draft

I feel he will go somewhere else and get overpaid and be the average sometimes below average player he is

Hopefully Ola gets more then a few snaps a game this season.

Even if he has the same as it ever was season teams will look at his spotty positives and take the bait.

Shaq Barrett signed a one year deal with TB. I think the 9.2 could of been put to better use.

TE, WR, another safety, cb, 3-4 Olb(dupree is a bust), another ilb, and some more oline depth.

All can be considered great areas of need. Which do you think is most needed next year? Who do we spend our 2nd rounder on?

IMO it’s too early to tell. Who do we re sign? What position do we try to address in FA? I would say picking presumably that high in the 2nd you have to look at the positions where whoever you pick has the chance to start right away or at least play significant snaps as a rookie. If Hargrave isn’t back that leaves a big hole to fill. What happens with Vannett and McDonald? Too many questions to be answered. I can see WR,DT,OLB that high in the 2nd and TE,RB not far behind.
This can be a BPA or value type draft at quite a few positions. Like I said though a lot of unanswered questions and seeing who steps up the rest of the year.
