    I think there should be a part of the game called the Rooney Rule . Land on that space and you are required to interview minorities

    Maybe expand with, 'Breaking salary cap, in a non-salary cap year' -- move back 5 spaces 3 years from now.

    "Goodell is on fire, you don't p--s him out' -- move back 1 space
