Really looking forward to seeing what McClendon can do with starter playing time. In fact, he and Cortez Allen are the two players I'm looking most forward to seeing this year.

Im am excited to see them. It's been a while since I've like 2 guys coming up to starter position. I always like Allen and wasn't a Lewis fan. Lewis seemed afraid and non instinctual.

 

I hear you at times the secondary looked like they just played what they had drawn instead of taking a few chances on things they knew were coming. I know it's the system, but damn frustracting to watch other teams get picks and turn-overs (or at least some close break-ups) but not the Steelers!

 

I am banking heavily on McClendon, and as previous posters have suggested maybe just maybe we will see a BIGGER push from our DL. Which will in turn
make QB's get rid of the ball faster than they want to and possibly throw picks?Now that would be a new one for us, actually CREATING turnovers.LOL
