People can obviously point to a lot of Ben's mistakes he's made in his life, but I don't think he's a bad person. It's cool to see he realizes how something so small for him, and be so huge for someone else.

 

Great gesture by Ben. It`s good to hear of him doing this stuff more and more these days.

ben has done alot of good along the way too. it's ashame the other stories seem to get noticed more and stick to his personna.

 

Way to go, Ben! I love him, he's my favorite player. I honestly believe he's a good guy and lost his way and is trying to go back to being the person he was.

 

I don't think he lost his way. I think two different women tried to land him. When it didn't work they screamed.
We know the first one admitted she was.
Any of you who have dealt with a preachers daughter know that too, Not all but one I knew???

 

When I said lost his way I meant acting like a jerk, not a rapist. I never thought he did anything illegal, and agree the women involved were wanting money or a relationship and lied when they couldn't get what they wanted, but I do think his image got to his head and he didn't behave in a way that would have made his parents proud.

You know, it is sad because you will hear people belittle this gesture by saying that he is only attempting to repair his image. I suppose it could be true and he would be stupid not to do things that repair his image, however, what is important is what his actions did for this young lady. You could see from the video that it meant a lot to her and that is all that matters. Can't stand it when some people focus on the wrong point to further their position!
