    This is a mouth full
Armchair GM's and Coaches represent a lot of noise in this process. Losing your franchise QB is tough to overcome. It was also not long ago that an overpriced and aging Steelers team went 11- 0 before falling to the Washington team and faded out after that. That really should have been Ben's last season. They jettisoned a lot of cap and age..

There are some pieces in place.

I would agree that Tomlin's now 16th year is a long time in the NFL and could see the team going either way.

But this a far, far difference from a "dumpster fire" - wanna see one of those, try being a fan of Houston, Washington, Detroit, or Jets (don't worry, they will screw up the current success.. lol)

I think the Opinion of this Tomlin water carrier is only considering the 2022 season and not the decade long failure to get anywhere in post season when he had Ben and a lot of talented teams. Otherwise, there is not much difference in the content of the article than what this board has been discussing for some time now. JMO>
