Agree. Depth at OLB is a major concern. That's why I shot around the idea of Leal converting to OLB...but Formerscribe shut me down.

 

why a major concern? we probably have more depth there now then we have had in awhile. avery, tyree johnson, john simon, TD moultry, delontae scott, tuszka.

well simon and avery and tuszka can play. the rookie's could play in college so we will have to see. no difference if we drafted them or not we would have to see if they can play at this level. we have starters and we have a couple of vets as backups. much better then we have been in past years. i think anyway. i think tuszka will be better this year too. he had some good moments for coming in late last year. i'm not to sure they won't use he and avery inside some too if bush doesn't come around.

 

His lack of speed shut you down. Also, the Steelers are asking him to bulk up, so they clearly don't think he can do it, either.

 

Simon is old, I doubt he makes the team, Avery might be like Moats used to be can play some ILB or OLB.

 

simon is 31 but he doesn't have the every down wear and tear on him.

Man I hope You are correct, but I really see it as a weakness on the team. We shall see.

 

They should be tested every day in practice with our wideouts. I think this is going to be a good defensive backfield.
