Realistically speaking, that is a hands to the face penalty... not a roughing call. The rule is not written that way but there in lies the issue; judgement calls. Refs have enough power to sway games as it is. Giving them more makes it worse.

It is not you. It is the rules and lack of accountability of the refs. Players are held accountable for bad mistakes. Refs never are. That is my biggest issue.
