Umm @Mashburn yeah what Jeh is talking about is that Pickens had signed a deal to be at this youth camp in Pittsburgh and even after the trade he was contacted by the company and said he would honor the contract. Then at the last minute he backed out and Pat stepped up. Several news outlets carried the story, I think I read it on Penn Live.

Jeh sometimes necroposts because why start a whole new thread to continue the discussion of what a POS Pickens turned out to be.

I do continue stand on that our media has a love to hate Pickens and make up stuff. And our fans believe everything posted. We still have people who believe an article from a browns beat writer that is laughing at how many steelers fans believed it. We still have people who think tj wants to be traded.
