You know what I said yet You changed it to fit what You want. Top 5 wrs in catches, and yards in the last 5 years. I didn't say pick and choose.

These are all the very same excuse everyone gave AB....if You haven't noticed....when a player starts believing the hype...pretty soon after that it's bad for the team, and eventually for themselves. How many times must You see it.

News flash, athletes are A-type personalities with big egos.

    Who knew!

He didn’t even say anything terrible. He’s just confident in himself. Closest he came to crossing that line was Ramsey and Xavier and even with that he said they are the best at what they do.

Is that how Stallworth was, or your perception of him? How could we possibly know how some of those players acted back in the day. There wasn't near the coverage there is today. With social media and cameras in their faces non stop, they're bound to say something the old guard doesn't like. Hell, there's not many days that go by that I'm not telling some co-worker how awesome I am at my job. And I don't get paid millions to do it. I guess I'm just that kind of prick. Egotism isn't reserved for dudes who can jump high and run fast.
For the record though, I still believe in sportsmanship and I preach that everyday to my son who plays sports. Sometimes these guys do take it to far. However, if he wants to scream from the mountain tops that he's the best reciever in the world, so be it. Now prove it.

I honestly believe that John Stallworth was as humble as the day is long. I pretty much watched him his entire career and not once did I ever see him come across as being better than anyone else even though he certainly was. Back in those days though, players that acted out or disrespected the game usually got lit up and put in their place. I'm not at all for making the game boring by individuals no longer showboating a little but I sure as hell don't want to see the game turning into the modern day studio wrestling which it obviously is leaning towards these days. I really don't need to be reminded that I am in the minority with that thinking. All I have to do is look around to see the culture of society anymore.

We may never know if that hit damaged his head because he is really off the rails now.

Last two season for SB winners. Triple Crown winners are rare.

    2022 - Travis Kelce 3rd in receptions
2021 - Cooper Kupp 1st in receptions - was NFL's fourth receiving triple crown winner since 1970

For that matter, neither is York, Jersey, nor Hampshire. (Might as well include Castle, Rochelle, Brunswick and Foundland).

One could argue that the very first pick in that same draft was and even bigger diva.

Johnson gets open more often, a lot more often. As long as that is the case, he's going to get more targets. Pickens needs to do a better job running his routes and getting separation from defenders. Also, Canada needs to do a better job designing plays to get him open. There are times Pickett is going to just give Pickens a shot, but he's not going to pass on the open receiver for the contested catch every time or even most of the time.

Only Travis is in the top 5 in catches, and yards for the last 5 years. Again for the last 5 years. Not one year out of the last 5.

I watched some training camp videos and GP again made an amazing one-handed catch. The dude is crazily gifted. I sincerely hope of his sake and all of ours he can keep his mouth shut and act like he has been there. If he continues to be his own best image he sees in the morning when he looks in the mirror I fear he will be another AB

People keep saying this like every WR that talks ends up like AB. AB has serious serious problems, it’s not the norm.

A better comparison would be Terrel Owens.

Hell that's not any better. There is a reason Owen's was on so many teams. You want that, or You want a Guy that will be here till He retires???

I hope Pickens doesn't get caught up in trash talk during a real game, and do something dumb like throwing the ball to a defender, like he did to Porter Jr.

You better believe teams are seeing this and will try to get under his skin for a reaction. Let’s hope he can stay cool.

When you have been given everything since 8th grade like these
superstar athletes. They think they are bigger than the team/game.
    Bad, bad trait.

Never cared for his antics either. These guys need to wise up . We need more people like TP or HM that had the instinct to maintain his modesty, dignity and professionalism
