One of the announcers mentioned that during the game.
The Broncos gave up 270 rushing yards to the Rams and 323 (WTF!!) yards to the Jets.

For 7 of their other games, they gave up 544 rushing yards in 169 attempts, for 3.2 y/a. (League average is 4.4 y/a.)
That is cherry picking the stats, but it does show, more often than not, the Broncos were stopping the run.

When you should have lost to a 3 win team and do lose to a 4 win team, that tells me I'm one of the silly people you referred to. It doesn't matter how potent a team is when they can't win games. The other teams don't have to stop us, obviously, as we do that for them. This team is so undisciplined anything can happen good or bad. Between the stupid penalties and turnovers, plus sprinkle in some horrendous Ben plays an defensive goofs, I'd be surprised at this point if we get where we got to last year. There are about 4 teams that we can't win against (KC, NE, LR, NO) no matter how potent we are, and others we seem to lose to no matter how bad they are (OAK, Den, Philly, Jags (except last game we won but shouldn't have), and teams with no wins with back up QBs. Not a good resume to feel optimistic about. I just look to the next game and hope for the best. Talking about playoffs at this point is mentally unhealthy.

You mean like New England? They have lost to 3-win and 4-win teams.
