I will try myself to wipe the slate clean and see what each individual player can bring to the team this season. At least until Bud starts running the arc . This game is going to be a lot like the 2016 AFC Championship.
On offense we're going to have to count on McDonald and the third wide receiver consistently beating their assignments. Jesse James couldn't not beat Patrick Chung that night and we basically had nobody at wr3. Combine that with Bell getting hurt early in the offense could not get anything going. Conner should be able to play the entire game so that particular part of the offense should not be an issue. As long as Washington and Johnson can get open and Ben does not turn the ball over we should be able to make things happen on offense.
Defense just needs to smash these guys. They're missing two tight ends and one of their linemen is out. Press the receivers and disrupt their inside rhythm passing game and this should actually be a really easy game on defense.
Special teams just don't mess it up.

 

Ok I just hope he gets a clean hit and gracefully says I’m done guys. Lol

I doubt it. If that was an issue, they wouldn't all be active.

 

You know... watching that ceremony, I REALLY want to see the Steelers return the favor next year and raise #7 while NE watches.
