While I agree in theory - poor execution needs to be held accountable and if no accountability, then that's on the leadershiip.

Fine Cole can't execute - go to the locker room sir - you'll be getting your work after the game. Johnson should have sat for this game - accountable for his lack of effort last week. That's the problem, they make excuses for poor execution.

 

Steelers are in a bad spot. Can Tomlin dig us out of this mess? We are starting to find out we might need to move on from our QB, our line is a mess. Our WRs lack explosive plays. Tomlin can’t fix this.

No He is head coach...not the GM, and not the Owners. Blame Tomlin on not kicking a field goal on 4th down when the backup came in. Blame Tomlin on leaving the center in that has a hurt hand....unless the backup is worse, but stop blaming Him for building the team, and other things that aren't even his job. Again he would have the GM title like other coaches do....if He was as powerful as some of You claim

 

They need to get more aggressive with passing down field but obviously it has to be somewhat reasonable , Mike tomlin is so scared to let his qb’s throw down field and open it up it’s crazy!!!!
