The book on beating us is to stop Bell`s run on 1st down and double cover Brown. We have to do what we did against the Ravens and that is establish a heavy pass attack and throw to receivers other than Brown when he is not open. That means throwing to Bell often as hot read too.

Our advantages on offense are good pass blocking and having the best receiver in the NFL. We must use that advantage to the full and score in the high 30`s (or better) again. That is who we are on offense. When Belicheat starts adjusting to stop that, then Bell`s running will open up.

On defense, our one strength is pass rush and we must use that to the full. The secondary has to focus on getting the quick tackle after the dink and dunk passes are completed.

NE will be ready for the bubble screens.
They will have a spy on Bell-so conventional screens to him should be decoy.
Play vertical game, not meaning bombs-our talent is better-quit the gimmicky plays.

Defense has to tackle. lB’s and DB’s have to know their assignments. Nothing special. KISS

Move AB around, don't just line him up in one spot.

Our best defense is our offense. Ben needs to stay patient and there will be plenty of opportunities. They don't have much of a pass rush and if our OL is on their game like last week Ben will have time but he must make the right decisions and throw to the open man as soon as he's open. He can't hold the ball looking for deep balls. Beat them at their own game, long time consuming drives. Make them play from behind (especially at 00.00) so they become one dimensional.....if they are ahead it will give them the freedom to pass and run and keep our D on their heels. That's when we will be in serious trouble.

I don't think there is much defensively we can do other than try to get to Tommy boy as much as possible and get hits on him when we can. They are going to score points.

Offensively we need to play aggressive and play 60 minutes. I would like us to utilize the tight ends like we did with Baltimore. You know Billy boy is always going to take out your best one or two weapons so time to introduce him to juju and the outlaw. If Mcdonald can play even better. Nix needs to be utilized because that catch against Baltimore was sick so I think he has some hands we didn't know about, I think he deserves some sneaky screens on running formations. If you beat the cheats with other people Billy bob has to take attention away from AB and Bell.

Lastly, just switch it up. Hoodie is to good at game planning to always use the same game plan. Throw in some wrinkles and switch it up, especially on offense. At least make the guy work this Sunday for once. Last year in the AFC championship he showed that you need more than just raw talent to beat his coaching.

Fake screens would be brilliant... Wonder if Haley is up to it.

I love those fake screens where the blocker veers off into a pattern. We've seen it with the TEs and JuJu . McDonald would be perfect for it with his speed....if healthy, big if. A couple of those will loosen up the bubbles..

Looks like we better be prepared to beat the refs as well....as usual. They assigned a crew responsible for the most penalties of the season including 3 at of the 4 most highly penalized games so far. The same crew that robbed the Jets of that Sefarian Jenkins TD against the cheats ....Hide the women and children Sunday at 4:15....

The Pats LBs aren't good in coverage, you know they will double cover AB so the middle of the field could be open for JuJu and Jesse.

Cutler did everything in his power to lose that game in the second half. Suh and company bailed out the offense big time. We need a complete game from the defense. No stupid penalties.

Look, I hate to be redundant(actually I like to be redundant), BUT,

I will break it down for you all:

    Play Zone=Lose to New England
    Play Man=Beat New England

Yes, that is even with our ****ty secondary. You play zone again, and Brady tears us to shreds again.

Crazy: Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. As in, playing zone against Brady.

Consistent pressure rushing 4. Pick your times to blitz. Man to man in the back end. Comes down to winning battles.

Must win or tie special teams.
Must Win offense v their D!!!
Win or tie Defense v their o

Lose special teams you lose the game.

This should be focus #1. Agree: even if they score early, never stop creating pressure. Panicked Brady = bad, quick throws. We've already seen it each time he has lost a game.

I have zero faith that Tomlin and Butler have learned this and I expect more of the same. As usual we aren't winning this one folks. Call me a pessimist if you want.

Amazing. For all the coaching expertise, analytics and experience in the NFL, I can’t believe that nobody has realised the key to beating the pats was this glaringly simple.

These so-called “coaches” need to ease up on the film study and start reading message boards.
