    Tuitt for me.

Him and the defense shut down an offensive rookie of the year candidate who was virtually unstoppable.

Gap discipline and improved tackling asissted the beginning of the end for Kansas City's perfect record.

    Tuitt.

Run defense had been pretty bad as of late. He set the tone as well as the rest of the defense and was a factor throughout the game.

I give an honorable mention to Gilbert for saying the team needed to put their egos aside and start playing as a team. This was their best collective effort of the season in my opinion.

Romo was talking a bit about this today. I know many folks hate anyone not named Cope but I think Tony made some pretty good comments today...

Bell and Brown should be the only ones getting votes. A few other guys played good games (Tuitt, Davis, Williams, Deebo), but Bell put on a clinic and AB's crazy grab and run put us over the top.

Really good win. Defense played awesome and the O moved the ball well (but failed to put up that many points). We went into a hostile environment and beat a pretty good team... gotta love that

I really like our matchup with KC tho. They have an atrocious run defense and get gashed with our power runs. Having a late game lead is huge against them because they have quality pass rushers and a few ball hawks. Their D can be taken advantage of in the run and the pass if we have early success in the run game. Our defense matches up well too. They have speed but so do we. If we hold Hunt down early and force Smith to beat us, that's a great recipe for success.

Bell - but it's implied that includes the O-Line and Nix cause he can't do it all on his own (Barry Sanders was the only running back who could regularly do that).

With Bell so effective, it allowed the Steelers O to control the clock for the most part, keep the Steelers D and the KC O off the field and most importantly didn't allow KC's O to get rolling until late in the game. "It's great when a plan comes together"! SYNERGY!!!! :dancing:

Lots of great stuff happening in this game, but Bell was consistently finding lanes and making something out of them. He contributed to a lot of the rest of it by helping wear down the defense, too.

Bell.. and it's not even close. Bell is the MVP so far for the Steelers, IMO.

You gotta give it to Bell, he almost would had a 200 yard game if not for the ticky tack holding call on BJ Finney that cost him a 25 yard run.

Not sure why but Bell has just killed the Chiefs the last 3 times he has played them, including the playoff game.

Why can't Bell do that vs. the Patriots? The Chiefs have a better overall D than the Patriots... last year included. Bell's either injured or suspended vs. the Pats.

I voted Bell but then I started to think about it. PWP said Bell wasn't the same anymore, so I am officially withdrawing my vote. It is a shame too because Bell looked like himself A LOT! Bell did all those things that PWP said he couldn't do anymore. I guess I'm left wondering how many yards he would have had were he what he used to be? (PWP...this is my one and only jab about this subject. If you knew me personally you would understand I can't resist.)
