What a fun read. Brought back great memories of the way a good team should interact. We had our beer tree deep in the woods. No coaches, parents, girlfriends or non players. Right after every game most every player would show up at the beer tree.

Thank goodness we only lost 3 games in three years because when we lost it got ugly. Guys who screwed up were called out. Just like Lambert riding Bradshaw. You didn't screw up because teammates would ride you for it. If you did good you would be celebrated and played hard for your teammates as well as yourself.

I wonder how split this current has to be.
