    and the jets
    ruined our chances of coming out slow on monday
    the pressure is truly on this team to keep pace with the other teams who like to beat us up and knock our players out for the season
    and make for unhappy january

    Again... the Patriots have ZERO competition in their division. Jets, Bills and Dolphins are terrible. The race for the #2 seed is on. :icon e sad:

    we play them. thats how we get the number one seed. beat our opponents and we won't have to play second fiddle. :cool:

    Even if we do beat the Patriots on October 23rd... they will not lose to scrub teams. I'd bet the house that Patriots end up with at least one more in the win column than the Steelers, after 16 games. Head-to-head matchup won't even matter.
