I was thinking maybe the fourth week Ebron will be come obsolete

 

Which is why I drafted him lol

 

I think he could see more Redzone to 30 yards out mark. I don't think he is a solid every week starter in fantasy but a good swing utility player.

 

He should have been obsolete after last season ended. The Kwame Brown of Tight Ends. He needs to be gone, yesterday.

 

When you have the 4 WR we have and Najee and Freiermuth there is not enough touches to go around For Eric this is why I said a couple weeks back he should be shopped.

 

Just like every tight end not named Kelce, Waller, or Kittle, and possibly Pitts.

Friermuth is going to surprise, because Ben will love a receiver with hands. Friermuth will out snap Washington and Ebron, and the Steelers will not run many 4-wr sets.

 

They clearly like what they’ve seen which is very positive. If he can be a Redzone weapon and learn the ropes in the NFL this year I think it’s a successful season.

Not a fan of Ebron personally. He can make the most amazing plays when he is going well but he is just so inconsistent catching the ball.

 

Any other time I would think starting 4 rookies would be a giant step back. But, how we ended last year, I certainly don’t think we are any worse. And, we should slowly get better. Question is how slowly?

 

Slow enough that we will be on fire by the time we get in the Playoffs.

 

And I thought I was optimistic

The schedule gets progressively tougher as the season goes on. Injuries can change that in both directions, but on paper it looks like they'd better not mess around in the first half of the season.

Problem with 2 TE sets with Ebron and friermuth is that opposing defenses automatically know we're passing..... Ebron's next good block will be his first
