Not yet. Right now it's the Seahawks, with $36.1 million followed by the Jets with $34 million. On Wednesday, Denver becomes the highest.
Pittsburgh, with the release of Robinson, now ranks 17th, with $14.8 million, while the #32 Bengals have $1.8 million.

I said all along Baker was going to re-sign with Tampa Bay, I don't know why some Steelers fans felt they had a chance to sign him in free agency.

It was wishful thinking. It was clear that the Bucs were going to re-sign Mayfield all along.

Good for Baker. I hope they can build around him

Word around the league is teams do not view Fields as a sure thing and have even lumped him with Sam Danold. It’s believed a 2nd rd pick is no longer doable and his market is dropping. The less the Steelers have to give up for him the more likely they will pull the trigger.

At this point, just commit to Pickett, give him everything he needs to succeed. None of the options are very appealing.

Draft a QB and reassess at the end of the year.

Committing to Pickett and drafting a QB in the middle rounds is a distinct possibility. But who do they bring in for the competition that’s been promised by the big 3? I’m still hoping it’s Mason, but that’s looking less likely by the day.

WR Kendrick Bourne is re-signing a three-year deal worth up to $33 million with the New England Patriots, per his agent @henryorgan at @disruptivesports. Bourne is coming off a torn ACL that he suffered last season.

They should by some method take a second experienced QB into camp if only as #2

QBs get hurt and you need someone with experience to go in with little to no first team reps

    A draftie doesn’t cut it

Joe Milton III to the Steelers?! Wouldn't be shocked if that were the case. Jordan Travis from FSU would also be an option here.

Both are late Day 3 options.

Regarding the trade with New England and Jacksonville... cannot say I am surprised.

All this tells me is that Jerod Mayo wants to start fresh. Question is... who is the QB?! For all we know, Michael Penix Jr definitely helped himself thanks to his clean medicals; something I was very concerned about heading in. I still say Drake Maye is the frontrunner for the Pats but who knows?!

TO me its both. We have not drafted well the last five years prior to last year in my mind.

Can’t wait for this presser. End of Kenny Pickett or a real competition.

Wouldn't mind Javon Kinlaw in all honesty. He did fully healthy in 2023 and is only 26. Even if the team goes after a player like Ruke Orhorohro, team still lacks depth there. Keep Benton as the NT and have the likes of Kinlaw and Orhorohro as rock solid depth.

This is going to be a wide open day.... The Commanders are sharks in the water with all that cap room.
New England is hot on their tail.
I don't want to get players via a bidding war...
I expect the wire to be very active today.

Would have rather re-signed Rudolph but Russel Wilson is a Steeler now so I’m rooting for him.

Now Mason will sign with the Broncos and lead them to the Super Bowl, lol.

What does this say about the Steelers true belief in Kenny Pickett?

This is a bit of a wild start.
Mac Jones is traded (Jags lost their minds?)
    Baker gets $100mil
    Wilson goes to Pittsburgh
Cousins is sitting pretty now for sure.

    Agree on Cousins.
I don't know about Fields. Washington doesn't want him either. I don't know if New England does?
