Additional bye week won't help with injuries. Expanded rosters will dilute the talent pool even more.
People complain about our back up players now. You think the quality of players will go up simply because they expand rosters? I don't.

They could help if the league expands the season. Quality of players won't go up so franchises will have to strategize for a quality team. Not unfeasible at all. Preseason sucks imo, make all the games count.

Peters sucks now. Not Artie Burns level suck, but he's not anywhere near what he once was.

 

They couldn't can Burns as Nelson was ruled out and Haden got banged up during the game. That leaves Burns as the only CB with real experience along with sutton and Hilton. Cutting Bud means dead money, Matakavetch is the only ILB to spell Bush and Vwill. Chick and Ola are the only two guys to spell Watt and Bud. There is no easy answer to keeping a guy who hadn't started a single game.
