He gets a big contract extension this summer, and now he turns into Josh Scobee . He might have the yips, missing extra points and routine FGs.

He seems to be back on track. I imagine that at some point you get mad and have enough of that **** or you crawl further into a shell.

The field was sloppy. It dumped a bunch of rain before the game.

I'll give him a pass, for now...

I won't. The excuses need to stop. He has missed two extra points and he has missed three out of four field goal tries. If he does his job in the opener, the Steelers are 2-1 right now. He nearly cost them the game tonight.

With what he was and his contract he will get some more time to work through it.

I think he will come around.

    It’s mental.

But, needs to get over it.

If he makes his points Steelers would of had. Td lead as oppose to 3 point lead. I also think Bucs would of folded had he made that a 3 possession game late 3rd quarter

I think hitting the upright should count as 4 points. That's not easy you know!!

He better get it together, hasn't looked good all season. He cost us 4 pts tonight.

Probably trying to hard now especially after getting the kind of money he probably never dreamed of having. I think he's trying to be too perfect instead of just putting it through....

We've got to bring in some competition this week..
I hate to think it but once he got his money, maybe hes been too worried about that and not kicking..

Along with bringing a punter in... maybe we look @ the following guys:

    K. Santos
    N.Novak
    B. Walsh

Punter wise there is no one good on the wire..
The Ratbirds had a punter who could do both punt and kick but he was placed on the IR (off the field fight)..
He would have been great for us (Vedvik was his name)

    Who disliked this OP?

Did he sign a big contract this summer? Check
Might he have the yips? Check
Is he missing XP and FG? Check

    Must be the Scobee reference...

I don't think it's fair at all to compare him to that mess. Boz deserves a little leeway because he almost singlehandedly won us a bunch of games last year. He's trying too hard it looks like. Yet when someone who has been around for 4 years has a decent game , some want to anoint him and unfairly criticize his bookend who is in his 2nd year, missed all of PS and had to switch sides because of the lack of production they were getting from the LOLB position last season.

this is why players shouldn't get a lot of guaranteed money for what they did in the past.
