FIrst 20 starts who you take?

They need to trade for a stud QB somehow Tomlin is not winning anything with out one. He’s got game changers all over and still stinks

 

Just need a decent one who learns from mistakes and gets better. And by mistakes I mean not seeing or throwing to wide open receivers.

 

You may be right but where is he gonna get the good coaching ? Not from the Steelers .

 

Ben covered up alot of Tomlins crappy coaching but now it’s out there for the world to see. Yes he will still probably eek out 8 or 9 wins because half the NFL blows.

Tomlin must be a great salesman who would ever want to play for the Steelers knowing you have zero chance of winning a SB

 

Well, as far as players that are drafted, the players have no say in the matter. I'm sure they're happy just to make it to the NFL. In regards to free agent signings, those guys are just happy to be playing for anyone that's willing to pay them

 

And Ben sucked in the playoffs in the second half of his career, let me guess that's Tomlin's fault too .

 

Ben was for the most part always worse in the playoffs. I have to put that more on Ben than MT although I assume most guys don’t have as good of numbers in the playoffs because you are always playing good teams? Obviously the best QBs like Brady Montana etc probably still had good numbers but Ben was never in that class.

 

What's not to like about how Pickett is playing? He helped put up an amazing 10 points yesterday. He had an amazing 105 yards in passing! Threw no ints and helped to single-handedly elevate the Steelers offense to that of most high school teams! Yeah what's not to like

We most certainly do know the problem is Pickett. Anyone denying it is simply making excuses.

 

The thing with Ben in the playoffs was the slow starts, the early turnovers the team wasn't good enough to overcome it.

Lol. No, I don't troll. This is the Steeler way. I bet they give Pickett next year with new OC. He will be better, but not good enough, so they will kick the can down the road on another year and see what year 4 brings.
