Anyone that has played or more importantly coached ANY sport, at ANY level has to be honest and admit that a team that consistently loses, year after year, to the absolute worst and weakest of opponents is a team that is underprepared, out-coached, just too arrogant or a combination of.

That is Mike Tomlin's legacy.

And the standard is substandard.

17 seasons of the same crap.
Losses that cost the team home field advantage, or forces them into a wild card game, or misses the playoffs outright.

I don't care how "cool a dude" he is.
Or how "liked and admired" he is by his peers.

He's remedial.

Love the shirt. The clown is 0-3 this year against rookie coach’s with the average loss being by 18 points.

 

We’ve only won a playoff game in 3 or 4 of his 17 seasons.

 

I guess my question is "Do I have any underwear left that has seen a Steeler Playoff victory?" The elastic only lasts so long.

 

If this takes off then maybe you can rent a plane with a banner for the next home game.

Many years ago the Dolphins lost a Playoff game to a bad call and some guy put a banner on his plane saying something like, nice call Ref and flew all around Miami.

 

Man do I hope we somehow win Saturday or at the very least don't get ass kicking early on because it will rain hell on Mike.

I've been to games in Philadelphia where their fans went way overboard IMO. I hope I don't see that in the Burgh.

He has lost to two 2-10 teams back to back at home ( completely unacceptable ) do you really think we stand a chance against a Bengal team fighting for the playoffs with our third string QB? I just hope that even if we get our asses kicked, that we dont look like amatuers. Its one thing to get beaten, its entirely different if you get it handed to you because of incompetence.

 

The Steelers were getting beat down by 38 points last year against Buffalo and MT called a timeout with 56 seconds left in the game. I was easily within ear shot of Mike and I let him have it. Yelled out - What 38 point play do you have here? He slowly walked away from my voice.

 

I remember that.

 

I found that if i don't wash my underwear, the elastic lasts longer.

I get that and don't see that as a problem. I don't agree with throwing crap down on field which I witnessed once at a game. (not Pittsburgh but that is who they were playing)

With that type of attitude I get the feeling you fly planes into buildings and ride around with a white hood on your head. Do we need to forewarn Tomlin to get a restraining order against you?? Take it down a notch radical extremist. We are still talking about a sport...not someone putting the lives of your wife and children in danger.
