    I will agree but if up put 42, those calls shouldnt matter.

    He's a good motivator, like Cowher was.. However, he's an awful disciplinarian. We have by far the most immature Steelers team I've ever seen assembled. They cut down the stupid on field penalties a bit this year, but made up for it with all the off the field crap. A good coach would never let their team look so far ahead (to the Patriots). Did you see Belichick's team look past Tennessee Saturday? No.

    Tomlin's also awful at in-game decision making. Just terrible decisions, time and time again.. From clock situations to replay challenges. Not to mention the history of playing down to opponents... Again, that points to lack of discipline. I'm having trouble understanding how this team wouldn't win with a smarter, more disciplined coach.
