I am sick and damn tired of the ineptitude of this offense. The past four games have been pathetic. KC. Cincy. Cleveland. Now this.

Our QB is in the prime of his career, and the offensive efficiency just keeps getting worse and worse.

    Yeah.

Because its Bruce Arians fault that Ben has thown 2 picks, one in the EZ, and the SF punter has consistently put the Steelers deep in their own territory forcing them to go at least 60 yards to get into scoring position against a very good SF defense (average starting field position is <17 yard line).

Not to mention the QB playing on one leg.

    Yeah, lets fire him tonight.

    :frustrated:

I agree 100%!!! We've shown we're capable of a quick strike short yardage game plan, but we go away from it every flipping time. Arians is a POS and I'm sick of him ruining this offense.

Not to mention, the lack of attention to the O-Line is going to get our Franchise QB killed.

Are you not watching the opposing offense? Do you see what play effective play design looks like? This happens every damn week.

I'll throw all the stats at you that you want. Arians' offense BLOWS!!!!

    Roethlisberger fumbles because he's hit.

he's hit because he has nobody to throw to.

He has nobody to throw to because the Steelers' routes are elementary and predictable and easily covered.

The Steelers' routes are predictable because Arians doesn't have a damn brain for this game.

Let's not forget that the line sucks hard enough to strip the chrome off a trailer hitch.

Why?????? We put in a one legged QB, the defense can't defend the pass they do not have any turnovers, letting the 49's walk down the field. And you want to fire Arians. They should have never started Ben what did it prove. That we are coached by a bunch of dummies. We are now in the same position as if we started Charlie. Maybe Charlie would have done better. So don't lay this all on Arians. I'm not a fan of Bruce but as someone said earlier in the thread that is a stupid statement. The O line did nothing this year and Ben keeps getting sacked and may get hurt again before this game is over. We had a bad night now we have to live with it. Oh and by the way, we will go nowhere in the playoffs if we play like this.

Are you watching the same game I am? Did you not just hear Jawz talk about a quick slant that was covered?

    Quit making things up

Understood. But you don't think Arians has input on what his line looks like and how they execute? He's responsible for the performance of the offense. That's his job description.

That's exactly WHY he should be fired! It's his flipping offense, not Ben's!

    These refs SUCK ASS! :banghead:

Did you see the beautiful play action that SF ran for the first score? It's a play a lot of teams run and run well. Have we? Ever? No.

Did you see that nice counter to vernon davis? That's called "play design."

We have FEW PLAYS that are effectively designed to fool defenses and bring WRs open. Ben is rarely throwing to an uncovered receiver. Why is that?

FIRE BRUCE ARIANS IMMEDIATELY, DON'T EVEN LET HIM FLY BACK ON THE CHARTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How could they pass the ball close to 50 times against those bums. And TOMLIN, he just stands their and lets Bruce and Ben do all this stupid stuff. What happened to this suppose to be so explosive passing offense because of the receivers? Wallace hasen't showed up at all in so long. They go long and Ben over throws him, a useless play.

I am so sick and tired of Arians and his inapt offensive game plans. I guess the 49ers showed him how to run a short pass quick strike offense.

Lamar Woodley is useless. Out again with a hamstring. He might as well just sit out until next year.

But Arians, please. As long as he is the OC, the Steelers will never win another Super Bowl. To solves this problem,
    FIRE BRUCE ARIANS IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Its not just ariens, its everyone. Execution and playcalling were both bad when it mattered. Team needs to learn from this game and use it to get better.

And Bruce just threw another pic.

And the players. execution's been lacking and unmotivated. Can't expect the coaches to do everything, despite how bad they are at playcalling.
