I check Profootball talk every day and maybe I just missed this but my question is this........have they fined or suspended the player from the Redskins that took his helmet off and argued with the ref, eventually being ejected from the game. Is this going to go unpunished or did I just miss seeing it?..thanks

He didn't get suspended, but he got an official warning that would result in him being labelled a repeat offender if something similar happens again, and he also got a fine.

A lot of the Redskins players say that the ref was dishing it out pretty hard too, plus there was never any physical contact made, so that's likely why there was no suspension.

Yes I bet he was pretty harsh in what he said to him. They were chirping at the refs the whole game and they were getting sick of it. The soundbite with the linesman and their head coach was classic!

$50,000 in fines for the potentially fake Sanders injury... $20,000 in fines for a repeat offender taking his helmet off and berating a ref. There is not equality in how the fines are divvied.

Ask Antonio Brown. He paid 10k for running backwards.

Tough to have consistency when you use a dart board to determine fine amounts.
