It's kind of sad that you even have to make that statement, let alone with an exclamation point. But I guess it is inevitable when we usually use it hoping another team wins to get us in the playoffs. lol

So, are you trying to say Jameis Winston could've done what Brady did that year ?

Then you agree it was mostly due to Brady.

No, I don't. You really should stop making overly-simplistic assumptions like that. It was a combination of Brady and the other additions that got them the Super Bowl victory.

    No

    He’s saying

Not counting all the players besides Brady that were added to that team the same year.

It was Brady, Arians couldn't make the playoffs with Winston at QB.

So you think he was right to turn to a personal attack when logic failed him and you are doing the same? See? I can make false assumptions about what others write, too. It doesn't make your argument any better. It is still overly simplistic.

Perhaps you could try responding to the actual topic. It wasn't just adding Brady that got the Bucs a Super Bowl. It wasn't just the other key additions they made to the roster that season. It was all of those players combined.

That team you refer to as great went 7-9 the year before they won the Super Bowl. They added a lot more than Brady. They needed to upgrade the offensive line, including trading up to draft Tristan Wirfs. They traded for Rob Gronkowski. They added Leonard Fournette, who was huge for them in the playoffs.

No...because like Fields....He is a turnover machine, but without all the others that team brought in neither would have Brady.....Would they have been better???? Yes. Would they have won a SB without all the additional players brought in .....No.

    ummmmmm - it was Brady

Winston would have taken them to 7-9 again - ok, maybe eeked out another win or 2.

unreal that some just can't see greatness.

    Brady wins rings.

It was Brady. Magical career. The first season with a new team and wins the SB, unreal.

How old was he that season and he threw for 5700 yards and 50 TD’s lol.

Couldn’t stand him when he was playing because he killed the Steelers all the time but I respect the heck out of the career he had.

There is a lot of territory between Brady and Winston. Why do you not understand that?

Nobody wins rings by themselves. Why do you not understand that?

The Bucs did a lot more than just add Brady. Why do you not understand that?

He threw 40 touchdown passes the year they won the Super Bowl. He threw 50 in 2007, when he was 30 years old.

Brady was a big part of it, but they had a stacked defense that took a step forward that year and made other key additions to fix problems from the previous season. It also helped that the Chiefs lost both tackles before the Super Bowl, so Mahomes spent the entire game running for his life.

This is true. I don't see the Bucs winning the Super Bowl without Gronkowski and Fournette.

They also needed to improve the offensive line, which they did.
