Yeah, I can do Wins and Losses. However...I will have to figure up How many of our wins the last 2 seasons has been because our Defense kept us in the game.

Are you joking? Last year our 3 QB's threw for 13 TD's. Wilson and Fields combined for 42.

I love his aggressive style. Kenny whining then .. out the door.

    Revamp the entire offense.

I think your analogy is right on. Either he's amazing, crazy, or a bit of both worlds.

They vastly improved the QB room at least on the short term with options for the future and they didn't sell the farm to do it.

Now focus on the offensive line and WR. This offense will be entirely different

Do you all really feel a competitor like Justin Fields is, wants to sit on
the bench? I am waiting. Now how can he improve his contract status
if he doesn't see the field. Have the Steelers made a pre arrangement
with Fields? If they did I hope it is incentive laden. Something isn't adding up here.

this might all be crazy enough to work :)

didnt like what little of saw of fields but can't be worse that what he had. maybe we'll have 3 1000 yard rushers. :)

When you put it like that it is a bit depressing.

It's quite amazing how far this team got with 13 passing TDs.

TJ watt DPOY and it's not even close

Welp, the Khan Artist finally makes a mistake. This guy is Turnover Tommy Maddox 2.0 and he can't read defenses. I hope this guy never has the chance to see the field as a starter.

Steelers don’t use analytics like many other teams such as The Ravens. The Steelers are a traditional organization to the extreme. Just look at the hiring of Arthur Smith.
I don’t have faith in this organization any more and what’s worse, I am really questioning this teams ethics as well.
Neither the Chief nor Dan Rooney would have allowed the Steelers culture to become what it is today.
Yet another reason for Tomlin and the Steelers to part ways.

Interested in why you don’t like him? He’s a very good player, but an even better human. Living in OSU country, there’s been few people that the fan base has taken to so quickly.

Now imagine how far it can get with a QB capable of throwing 20+, which both of these QBs are. My only worry is can they live together.

    Nah…for a 2nd or 3rd rounder it would have been a mistake. For a 6th (conditional 4th) it was a great move!

Neither Fields nor Wilson will be playing under their old system. I for one, would take Sean Peyton offense over Arthur Smith
    .
The Steelers have not addressed the issues along the OL (center is a gaping hole, and LT is a joke) and now created a big issue at WR.
So you are expecting Wilson or Fields to replicate their numbers with a more conservative, run-oriented coach with one of the worst OLs in the league and now a below average WR corps?

Take a look statistically at Fields and Wilson and compare them to Pickett. The production is absolutely better. For both of them. It’s not even close. Wilson and Fields could both take a step back and be better than Kenny. Mason had a few good games, but there’s no guarantee that would continue.

We have 2 quality options at QB on the roster and it costs us less than 5 million bucks. What’s not to like?

In that sense yes it was a good trade but if they are looking for Fields to become the next franchise QB then I think the Steelers are making a huge mistake.
