Back before the mega contracts, players could pick up some extra cash in events like this one. No one ran the obstacle course like Lynn Swann.

Just because... This is an instant classic... for a new generation..
Edit, after I posted the link, I saw it takes you to the "Agree to Disagree" segment.
What i meant to post, was Hines Ward`s retirement press conference.
You can still see it here, you just have to click on the link to the bottom right of where the video is, that says "Hines Ward`s retirement.."
Damn, gonna miss him, but glad he will always be 100% pure Black n Gold!
Edit, again... This is the link I meant to show...

    Removed the old one.
THIS is how you "keep it real", and retire as a TRUE STEELER... Black and Gold All The Way, and you can see the pain, and regret, of having to leave the game and the fanbase that has meant more to him, than anything in his life!!! :towel:
God Bless you, Hines, they just don`t make men like you very much, anymore!!! :superman:
 :yeehaw: :towel: :herewego: :clapping: :ratbirds: :herewego!: :steelflag: :herewego: :yeehaw: :hello:

Disclaimer... this is just something anyone could find, by searching for Steelers season highlights on Youtube.
I was actually looking for highlights of the 2011 season, after seeing an article on the Steelers page, about a video called "heart',
But I found this one, labeled "highlights from 1933 to 2011", or something like that.
Fair warning, it is long, and just features the same country song played about 3 or 4 times. Personally woulda rather heard other songs after that the first time, or better yet, audio from the games, but...
It is still a great collection of some of our most important plays, and big hits, over the years.
The video isn`t that great, especially from some of the early stuff, but still a great collection of big plays. And SOME of it does match the music well. ;).
    here `tis

Best video angle, I agree. Best live angle was from 620 F 15.

edit, quoted the wrong post here.
    the one I meant was...
    ... ure=fvwrel
It was a link, youtube suggested I might like, after I watched the old Kenneywood commercial w/ Myron and Lambert.

Just by coincidence, the online radio station I was listening to, while checking out the first link(NFL Cheerleaders in slow motion), was playing "The Girl`s Got Rhythm", by AC/DC... :roflmao:
I actually muted the youtube audio of whatever Rap/Dance club music that was, and watched for the duration of the song... went perfectly with it! :-D
What are the odds that would happen to be playing, when I looked at that link?
Karma must`ve decided I been a good boy, lately... :hehehe:

What happened to the link to the Cowboys-Steelers pregame stuff from the 70's? The one with handheld footage shot by the players and the players wives by the pool discussing the salaries?

2008 AFC Championship, Steelers vs Ratbirds:
    How 'bout that defense...

2010 Divisional round, Steelers vs Ratbirds:
3rd and 19 with 2 minutes left, no problem, Antonio Brown for 50+ yards...
