    Phillips won't leave the Rams. Rams are a linebacker, cornerback and safety away from having a dominant defense. They will get those in the off season.

    Statistically, both units have been OK to good. Not great, but not terrible either.

    Well, until you get to turnovers that is.

    The D is 23rd in most takeaways and the O is 26th in least giveaways. That translates to being 26th in the NFL in turnover differential. That's a recipe for losing games.
