It is pretty absurd how many times the suspension has been temporarily blocked and then reinstated.

Only time I’ll applaud Brady for sitting down and taking his suspension like a man. I’m tired of hearing about this every week.

I'm sure this is something that will also be renegotiated if possible during the next CBA. Its bad for business if every player starts doing this...

And Brady is still the QB

True, but if he can help the Cowboys knock off KC this weekend I'm all for one more block.

Why even have a commissioner? Any penalties he hands out get appealed to death.

NO Ben sat down and took his suspension like a man, Brady destroyed his phone, claimed he did nothing wrong, had several minimum wage guys take the fall for him, appealed, took the matter to court, won, then lost, then whined and finally served his suspension a year after it was handed out. In terms of the Zeke suspension he is pretty much Bradying it by the book.

That part I don’t agree but he could have done the exact same thing that Zeke is doing now. I remember them talking about Brady doing the same thing. He just sat down and decided he was best to serve it.

Brady didn't sit and take anything. He fought it till it didn't make sense then served his punishment.

The appeal process can only go so far in Fed circuit courts and then they have to go to the supreme court, Brady was at the SCOTUS phase and it's highly unlikely the scotus would even rule on a case like this one, the union knows elliot is as far as he can go so he will be suspended probably this week....

Back to the appeals: Brady won his first court appeal and was allowed to play during the season. But the NFL appealed Brady's appeal and won. Brady responded by appealing the NFL's appeal of his appeal. He lost. Instead of trying to take the case to the Supreme Court, Brady gave up.

Perhaps you weren't paying much attention cause Brady appealed his case to death and was wanting to take it to the Supreme Court. He served his suspension kicking and screaming like a 2 year old.

Another reason why Brady will NEVER be as good as Montana!

Yep. I'm in. But I think it might be hard to find someone willing to bet HE ACTUALLY SERVES his suspension this year....Goddell is too good of friends (too scared) with Jerry Jones...

I'd much rather have KC win out. They protect us in a tiebreaker over the Pats.

The only way that comes into play is if the Steelers lose to the Patriots in week 15, and all three teams finish with the same record. In order for that to happen the Chiefs and the Pats both would need to lose at least one more game. So the Chiefs losing is actually advantageous to the Steelers.
