Should we be worried? I know @steel machine@steel machine is shaking in his boots lol. Only reason eagles beat San Fran is because they are half injured. Eagles have a good pass rush like us but their offense imo is worse. We are generally good after a bye (9-4) so no reason we should lose this one in the Burgh. Would not surprise me if this was a close game or a loss at all. Then a 1000 threads will pop up, with Glenn saying the poster just wants attention lol.

Philly's defense is a shambles...…… their O-line is almost just as bad (mostly due to injury)…. Wentz does not have much time to throw and their runners don't have many lanes to go through..... add in the injuries they have at the skill positions and this game simply does not bode well for the eagles....…….
Some may say that this is the very definition of the same trap games that we always seem to run into

I'm glad the game is in Pittsburgh. The Eagles could field an entire team of replacement Canadian and Arena football players and beat the Steelers in Philly.

Eagles missing their receivers, oline banged up. They are improving though, getting 20+ points the last 2 games.

Their vaunted defense gave up 27 to the Football team, 37 to the Rams, 23 to the AFCN juggernaut Bengals.

I like our defense not laying an egg this Sunday in front of actual fans. Slow start, hibernating offense, even a turnover probably isn't enough for this Eagle squad visiting Sunday.

Our doomsday prophet Heinz says the game will be won.

You know I have to take a shot at Tomlin when I get the chance. I have a quota to fill. Doesn't even matter if it makes sense.

What you pretty much said is we could win or we could lose. Got to tell you, that didn't ease my fears.;) I get a little confident when I see what other members have posted in the predict the score thread. Funny when they were 0-2-1 guys said they were done with football. Now at 1-2-1 and in first place therrrrrrrrreeeeeeeee back:) Thankfully we only play once every four years. I know fans of the Giants and the Cowgirls and am getting no sympathy from them.:roflmao:

The Steelers front 7 need to dominate this game, the Eagles OL is weak and are dealing with injuries.

Not worried about Philly in the slightest Offensively. Was not worried about them even with Jason Peters and Andre Dillard. Worried even less now.

On Defense?! Different set of issues. That Defensive Line has been criminally underrated for some time now. Why the Eagles have never been reputed as a Top 5 Defensive Line nationally is beyond me. Never mind that, one of my 2018 Draft Crushes in Josh Sweat is finally tapping into his full potential. Add Javon Hargrave and Malik Jackson to the mix and that will cause just about any Offensive Line issues. Keep in mind I did not list the likes of Brandon Graham or Derek Barnett either.

That impressive Defensive Line aside, Linebacking Corps is middle of the road for me. Secondary is just outside the Top 10.

Overall, I like our chances. There will be some matchups to watch though. Time for Chuks to have another crucial test on the edges. Matt Feiler also is going to have a bit of a tough outing as he has been inconsistent for much of the season. That needs to improve.

Biggest X Factor for me on Offense still is Chase Claypool. He logged in more snaps than any Offensive Skill Player at 61. He is progressing faster than I thought; Week 5 being my initial prediction on a snap increase. Regardless, time for Big Ben to air it out.

My first season watching anything in the NFL. Oh do I remember that one. How Big Ben walked off the field that day is something I still do not comprehend.

I thought after that he might retire!!

Their offensive line vs. our front 7 may well get Wentz killed on Sunday.

And that's all I heard from their fan base after we won the SB that season. Actually I'd take that again if it means we win #7.

2004 was a pure joy as we dominated from the opening kickoff. 2012 I took a lot of crap. I want revenge for that.
