I doubt it will happen. Pickens is a free agent after this season, too, and he is not nearly as proven a player as Metcalf. Also, that just leaves the Steelers needing a receiver again. Unless they have something in place for another receiver, it makes no sense to deal Pickens, a big-time talent who they have signed cheap for 2025.

 

Did he actually admit that? Of course, he was wrong, but that's nothing new. After he deleted his Rodgers Tweet earlier today, he isn't exactly covering himself in glory with this.

 

We will have to see how it plays out, aren't the people on this board tired of
this head case pain in the ass that takes plays off far too often?

If any of us were as bad at our jobs as Dulac is we would be fired a long time ago.

 

His job is not to be right. His job is to get people to click on his posts and articles. The more traffic he generates the better he is at his job. He could write about Big Ben coming out of retirement. As long as he gets the number of clicks, it's all just business.

 

That isn't entirely true. It is about a balance between drawing readers and credibly informing them. He used to be halfway decent at that balance, but he has destroyed his credibility in recent years.

I'd honestly rather run with Mason for 2 years with an eye for the 2026 draft than put up with constantly biting my nails every time Fields tries to throw anything farther than 10 yards. Mason offers incredible value for his price tag and his 8-3-1 record in Pittsburgh is nothing to sneeze at. I hope he's given an opportunity to actually start. Even if it goes horribly wrong,l the next two seasons, the worst that happens is we finally get a high draft pick without having to either trade up, or give away picks to acquire someone else's high draft pick. I think Mason has what it takes to accomplish some good things while he's here, though, provided he's given a fair chance.

 

Rudolph threw 9 TD's and 9 picks in 8 games with the Titans last year. He was terrible and was benched for the equally terrible Will Levis.

NOT a Dulac fan at all, but in fairness to him NOT sure The Pittsburgh Tomlin's had a "plan" in the slightest
