    Track speed isn't football speed....
    Kent St. Opponents aren't NFL caliber opponents ....

    Hated the pick... Thought it was wasted....

    Having said that he's probably better right now than jones...

    The only upside we get is if we Don't extend jones at seasons end and he signs with another team it should help us in the compensatory calculations...

    Well, I'm wrong, we claimed him off waivers instead of waiting for him to clear 1st so we are on the hook for his 3mil salary next year.... he won't be a UFA so he'll have to be cut/waived or redo his contract, he won't help with the comp pick calc either.

    Once again our FO seems to have made a boneheaded premature move.....uuuggggg

    Would Jones land a comp pick? I thought it was only FA's signed, not players who are picked up after being cut.

    I figured Archer would end up on our PS, I was shocked to read he had initially passed on us along with other offers. Guess common sense kicked in finally.
