I heard some scouts say that, why wasn't Cabinda at the combine?

I think he is a guy who can at least fit what we are trying to do here. As much as we all lover Shazier, he had a terrible issue with missed tackles last year trying to stop the run. Run defense might just be a lost art nowadays?

I don't think he can drop into coverage, not interested in him at all.

I don't know about the NFL it is a lost art this past year for us so I would rather not add a guy like this. Especially since there are so many options out there in this position. Honestly I wasn't impressed with his coverage skills so I am not sure if you can say this guy is a fit for us.....

Well he showed it in the shrine game......

    Also:

In 2017, Cabinda notched 88 tackles with 6.5 tackles for a loss, 2.5 sacks and three passes batted. He had a solid week of practice at the East-West Shrine.

I will take the word of a scout over yours , he's not a big time prospect.

That's fine you don't need to take my word, but not sure I was calling him a big time prospect, I do believe I am calling him value mid to low round just like the other guys I mentioned.

Please don't draft QB Lamar Jackson.

They've only looked at one WR?

Looks like there are TE's from every round. I wouldn't even consider any TE's below the 3rd round. We need a Heath Miller, not another Jesse James. I think Vance McDonald is a good TE if he can stay healthy.

    Like the safety list.

They met with around 60 people, formally. They probably met with another dozen or two, informally. I can only give you the names of people I've found reported somewhere (usually because they or their agent tweeted about it).

The only one's that they are required to identify are the ones that have formal visits to the Pittsburgh, usually after all the Pro Days are over. The Steelers play their meetings closer to the vest than a lot of teams.
