Using your brain so you don't keep doing the same mistakes does. This is where Tomlin sucks as a coach, he isn't telling Ben to chill out with the stupid throws into coverage. It nearly cost them the game.

You people have no clue about coaching, you only look at the end result

Who cares about playing at home to nearly empty stadiums , they have no affect. The only reason they were able to come back was because of Ben's brain dead throws into coverage . Ben helped them to come back.

The 2 turnovers were on Ben being the idiot Ben again. With MT being the useless coach that he is, he didn't step in and tell him to quit throwing into coverage.

He had his foot on the gas. Probably been scouting the comeback Titans this year.

A useless coach would tell Ben how to play QB. Somebody, maybe a coach has reeled in big play Ben somewhat. Assembled a good oline for him. Put a winning formula on the field after the killer B approach failed to deliver. Here's a coach that has won more games through preparation, team chemistry & player fails than all but one or two during his tenure. You think he's useless. No, we disagree on this one.

That was before the stupid Ben re-entered the body. He was keeping things close and they mixed it up well with the running. Then things went the other way when he went back trying to force the throws. He was also stepping up to close to the o-line which resulted in the deflections

Playing in a stadium that's your home field for at least 8 games a year and practice on has no effect? Crowds or no, it's still an advantage.

It has no affect there's no crowd noise to get the players all hyped up, if that stadium was full the steelers would've lost. Teams don't practice in the stadium, they practice somewhere else.

The Steelers are undefeated and yet some can't handle it. It only counts if we destroy our opponents. The real problem for some is that if we keep winning Tomlin may stick around longer.

Even without fans it's still an advantage to be in your home stadium. Not having to travel is a huge deal alone.

Who knows how the remainder of the season goes but I would have never in my life guessed we'd be the last undefeated team at 6-0. Incredible!!

We found out last night that the Seahawks were unable to win a game where their QB threw 3 INTs.

I'll agree that the Steelers are in trouble (even against poor teams) if they continue to have let-downs in future games.
I'm just arguing that every team in the league has had similar let-downs.

(Packers against the Bucs, Chiefs needing OT to beat a 2-4 Chargers team,
and the Ravens almost giving up the game against the Eagles, despite leading 17-0 at the half, and being up 16 points with 4 minutes to go.)

The Browns were the best rushing team- until they met our d-line.
The Titans Derrick Henry is the best rusher- until he met our d-line.
The Ravens leading rusher is their quarterback- don't think he'll react as well as Henry did when Spillane meets him head on.
Yes, the Ravens are the best "running" team, but its a QB averaging 60 yds a game and a couple of guys averaging 30 something.

Stats go out the window vs a Tomlin team. The Rats know us better than we know ourselves, coach Hairball knows how to play against Tomlin.

Not buying it. They barely beat a Duck Hodges led team last year, due to a JuJu fumble in overtime. Hairball is not the Supreme coach you may want to think he is.

I agree :smiley1: they were 5-0 against the garbage, they only defeated the titans because of their early mistakes, when their coach who is a real coach, who pays better attention to what's really going on, and has more control over his smarter and trainable QB, they came back. The first INT to JU JU when they had the easy FG will be the turning point of the season, now Ben is back to the moron Ben, the INT's will come in bunches now. It's like getting into a car accident with your new car, now that it's damage you don't give a S***T anymore and you just aim for everybody.

Offense was absent during the 2nd half. Titans adjusted and Steelers had no answer. It is disturbing.

Tomlin isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Soak that up, come to terms with it and move on.

The team went 5-0 against the garbage, then played another garbage team in the first half, then lost to a good team in the 2nd half, Steelers should be 5 1/2 - 1/2, not 6-0

I feel bad for Conner he had the chance to out shine the best in RB in the NFL in Henry, and for some reason they thought it be wise to have Ben throw 49 times with a lead of 20 in the 3rd quarter.

Conner and Snell could of run all over these guys and it wouldn't have been as close.

If you drafted Snell to close out games, then use him for that purpose.

Maybe a lot changed when they give up a quick TD strike to Brown, but I don't know I feel like the run game which had success was given up on too early.
