Never listened to them, but I always liked Zakk Wylde's tone. Tone reminds me of John Sykes' tone a little bit, especially on the Blue Murder albums. Those were some good albums by Sykes.

I seen them 7 times live. LoL. Crazy thing is I don't like any of their newer stuff. Sounds rehashed.
3 must checkout albums Stronger Than Death, Sonic Brew, and Pride and Glory.

I prefer Clutch for that bluesy style of rock music. That being said, I prefer old, old clutch before they became super bluesy. Back when they were a hillbilly hardcore band. hahahah!

I don’t know why… but I’ve got some weird, reverb-saturated song about the Greyjoys in my head.

You should be able 2 hear a underlying second guitar that is totally clean playing something differently, but going with the 1st. If not it's because I mixed it poorly, and My equipment is 30 years old. Also trying 2 mix for different media is hard on a cheap budget.
Like if I listen on My truck stereo I can hear this, but if I listen on My phone I can't hear this, or the computer, or the home stereo, the tablet, and so on. If You understand what I getting at. LoL

I’m just messing with you dude :rawk:. I do understand what you’re getting at. I was listening to it on my iPhone, and that’s obviously not going to show as much detail. I’m sure that you’ll remix it for your upcoming album!

LoL. See....I get paranoid about it.:goofy: No I pretty much just read a book , hear it in My head , and record Me playing it Unedited on YouTube now. At least until all the Pandemic stuff dispels.
I feel Like I waste My time recording 2 Guitar parts, Bass lines, writing lyrics, and singing. When nobody wants 2 hear it. At least now if nobody wants 2 hear it ....well it's just one Guitar, and only takes long enough 2 hit record on My phone. LoL. Was for Years the only complete song I could get anyone 2 listen 2 was Gunfighters Moon I recorded over 20 years ago. LoL. So....
